The Child Development and Education Department, lead by our Head
Teacher Karen Rookes, operates a Positive Behaviour Support Department
within the school. This department is optimally run by a team of
three highly skilled and knowledgeable managers in the field of
autism and severe learning difficulties.
We are seeking to complete this team following recent departures to pastures new.
Successful
candidates will have demonstrated their proficiency in analysing and
reporting on behavioural data, shown an academic background in
Psychology, be comfortable working "hands on" with our special group of
children and be keen to make a contribution to the running of the
school across the year. Candidates should have a detailed understanding
of autism, learning difficulties and positive behaviour support in
order to be truly successful in this role. Candidates should be IT
literate, in particular with Microsoft Office applications, and
